On Tap For Wed Dec 13, 2006
Here's the list I'm watching tomorrow:
- The Cooper Companies Inc. (COO) was down sharply today after it was downgraded by Bear Stearns - in after hours it's down an additional 9% after it reported and missed estimates by a wide margin
- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT) is downtrending and looks like it's testing some short-term support - I'm watching the $45.50 level
- Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) also looks like it may test support at $20.00
- Corning Incorporated (GLW) broke support I wrote about yesterday at $20.00 - I'm going to watch to see where it goes from here
- Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS) had two strong up days - I'm going to watch it to see if it can break out of this trading range
- Yesterday I wrote about how The Kroger Co. (KR) was on the move again and today it was fairly strong - I was waiting for the $24.00 level to break today, but it never did
- Yum Brands Inc. (YUM) continues to slide after the Taco Bell fiasco
- Celestica Inc. (CLS) was down sharply today after it cut guidance - I'll be watching to see where it goes tomorrow
- Nucor Corporation (NUE) was also down sharply today after it's earnings missed estimates by a wide margin - I'll watch it to see where it goes from here
- I'll also be tracking the following stocks that have been in the news recently: Citigroup Inc (C), Best Buy Co. Inc (BBY), Texas Instruments Incorporated (TXN), and Continental Airlines Inc (CAL)
